★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just rent this apartment for a month and totally disappointed with this, they charge for maintenance fee but never cleaning, the garbage place disgusting with so many cockroach everywhere. Even the croacroach come to my place. I complaint and they don't care. The facility for gym, we have to pay for it 200k for month. Since when facilities need to pay extra. Even the gym look never get update or clean, broken everywhere. Not worth it at all. The smell in the apartment soooooo bad. The good things in here just close to transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in this apartment, even only during weekdays to safe me from tiring daily commuting from my home in Depok. The apartment is not new, it is more than 10 years old I believe, but most of common areas, except some spots in the basement parking areas and garbage collection areas in each floor, are relatively well maintained. The pool is clean and newly refurbished, the gym, despite not free, has good equipment. Security system is also good as access card is needed to enter almost all areas in the apartment. Its strategic location near China Town, Old City of Jakarta, and many Amusing/entertainment centers is very attractive. I have seen foreign occupants, mostly Chinese and some Indian on temporary basis.

In this tower you can find swimming pool, ATM Centre Mandiri, BCA, CIMB Niaga, BTN, BNI and ATM Bersama, laundry service, salon, official apartment marketing, rumah makan warteg, cafe, chinese restaurant, fitness centre, Family Mart, Indomaret open for 24 hours, 2 lift passenger 1 lift service in 1 tower all lift with access card, cctv. And also the location near from Monas, Jalan MH Thamrin, Jl Sudirman. In front of Apartment building there is Busway shelter and in the future, MRT station will be there also.
And the most important thing you can't missed, easy to find parking lots.
