★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented STE-7L for 2 years. The building structure and management is so bad. The lobby glass door was broken and need couple months to put on new one. The ceiling above my toilet was leaking. Often have croaches. I was also bitten by tomcat. Also, the drilling hole for the shower holder was not drilled properly but the owner asked me for compensation ?

- Terrible phone network (I use telkomsel)
- There is only one internet provider called Circle One (and they really really messed up, see the review for circle one on Google). I heard the other one is Indihome, but dude, who uses indihome? (another terrible option)
- Very slow in retrieving delivery package in B2. For example, online purchasing
- Sometimes, you can hear clearly when your neighbor sings. It means that the wall is not that thick
- Very slow elevator
What I like:
- Cleanliness
- High water quality
- Quiet ambience, feels luxurious
- Facilities are good (swimming pool, tennis court, gym, etc)
All in all, not something that I expect for paying a high price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever rent or even buy a unit in this apartment, or you’ll be disappointed. I’ve been living here for a month but its such a regret to be here. Actually this is a new nice luxury apartment with nice facilities. The way to get the parcels or order food by online is really complicated for sure. The parcel have to be dropped at B2 and the securities are just annoying they don’t have ethics, it tooks a very very looonnnggg time for them to get our parcel, sometimes they just focus on their cellphone without care the queue of the peoples who wants to take parcels, and place is located at basement yeah you know you will sweat so much while waiting for your parcel. One of the security ever yelled at my mom while my mom took her parcel, missing parcels, but the management just covered their mistakes. I’ve reported so many complains to the management but they just don’t care, they won’t hear our complains. Receptionist in my tower doesn’t accept any order food by online to be dropped in the lobby, so i have to meet the online driver at B1, while i’ve ever seen the other tower (fragrance), the receptionist is accepting the order food by online to be dropped in the lobby, which is really disappointing me. Why is this apartment hiring those useless people? I choosed to live in an apartment because i want to live a life in a simple way, but since i decided to live here it’s just more and more chaos, always arguing with those securities and management for almost every single day. And we can only use one kind of wifi (circle one) with bad service, i’ve paid the wifi for 6 months, but the connection is really really bad, i often use my own sim card connection than the wifi. The wifi connection only works at living room area, doesn’t reach either work at any bedroom area. Circle one said its because we need to add some router so the connection will be good and stable. But its just a waste of time and a lot of money. I’ve bought the tp-link and any kind of router from them but the wifi connection is just BAD. Update: I’ve found TOMCAT (which is pretty dangerous if you know) for more than 5 times so far, i don’t know where are they from :( and i’m really scared

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much money wasted for the worst Services. Its only the location is convenience. very bad management and maintenance. They will charge you everything even you already pay the IPL. The garden is good, but when the Rain come, it become useless. they are more concerned to aesthetics than its function. And also the facility is good, specially for Condominium tenats tower A and B. And also for the Clubhouse. They have a lot of good facility and find yourself hard or can’t use that facility. Its hard to getting a slot for the facility at Clubhouse ?. Last but not least. They even don’t prepare special line or way for pedestrians or motor. U will find yourself complicated to get your parcels, packages, or food order by online. Thanks pls fix this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m pretty glad I’m only renting this place temporarily before moving into my new apartment next door.
Terrible reception in the building, say goodbye to your SmartFren because Telkomsel is barely making it into the unit.
Electricity went down and it took the technician 1+ hours to just flip the switch somewhere plus they didn’t tell us why our electricity went off all of sudden - I mean I barely go beyond 5K watt.
Elevator is always congested considering the number of units on each floor.
The garden is nice but the pathways are poorly maintained.
The only thing I love is the Clubhouse, but good luck getting a slot for the sauna or gym ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented STD-26E for 1 year. The bedroom sprinkle leaked, toilet broke really often (i.e. you cannot flush properly), and for the reparation you will be charged (!!!) around 350k. Too much money wasted for bad services. Eventhough the location is really convenience, but I suggest you opting for another apartments.
