★ ★ ★ ★ ★ makin kesini pelayananan kaya makin menurun, tersedia 4 counter untuk penarikan/setor. tp yg digunakan cuma 2, oke sih kalo emg jumlah nasabahnya sedikit, gak masalah. hari ini jumlah nasabah lumayan banyak, yg dibuka cuma 2 counter, dan pelayanannya sangat lama. jadi kasian para nasabah menunggu terlalu lama, terutama untuk mayoritas lansia. ?
untuk teller, cukup komunikatif dan lumayan ramah.
more and more rich service is decreasing, there are 4 counters available for withdrawals/deposits. but only 2 are used, it's okay if the number of customers is small, it doesn't matter. today the number of customers is quite large, only 2 counters are open, and the service is very long. so it's a shame the customers waited too long, especially for the majority of the elderly. ?
for tellers, quite communicative and quite friendly.
