Why can't the dispensary issue a certificate if one of the schools is closed ... my colleague in the office needs the letter as proof that my school in Magelang is gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik, hanya mekanisme pengurusan surat pindah antar provinsi lumayan ribet. Dalam kasus saya menemani kerabat yang melakukan pindah antar provinsi dari salah satu SMA di Magelang ke sekolah di Medan, pengurusan surat keterangan pindah diusulkan ke provinsi di Semarang (karena pindah sekolah beda provinsi).
Untuk yang ingin mengurus surat pindah sekolah, lokasi pengurusan dibagian sekretariat dinas pendidikan didalam komplek gedung BPK.
berikut ini yg harus dilengkapi (note: persyaratan Dinas Pendidikan Agustus 2020) sbb:
1. Surat rekomendasi pindah-> sekolah asal
2. Surat Ket. Pindah dapodik/surat pernyataan Kepsek -> materai 6000
3. Surat Rekomendasi pindah -> sekolah tujuan
4. Fotocopy rapor siswa (copy semua 4 rangkap lengkap dengan legalisir sekolah asal). yang harus ada di dalam fotocopy:
- sampul rapor
- identitas siswa
- nilai akhir siswa

In my case accompanying a relative who moved between provinces from one of the high schools in Magelang to a school in Medan, the arrangement for a transfer certificate was proposed to the province in Semarang (due to changing schools from different provinces).
For those who want to take care of a school transfer letter, the location of the management is in the secretariat of the education office within the BPK building complex.
the following must be completed (note: requirements for the Education Office for August 2020) as follows:
1. Letter of recommendation to move -> original school
2. Letter Ket. Move dapodik / statement letter to Principal -> 6000 stamp
3. Letter of recommendation to move -> destination school
4. Photocopy of student report cards (all 4 copies complete with legalized original school). which must be in the photocopy:
- report card cover
- student identity
- student's final grade
