★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apa ini yg dinamakan budaya antri di Indonesia? Sini sudah nunggu lama tinggal saya yg harusnya di panggil ke teller, malah orang lain yg kenal sama orang dalam yang di panggil duluan!! Semua juga punya urusan, gk cuma kamu!! Kecewa sangat sama petugas BNI yang pelayanannya kurang bagus!!!
 Is this what is called queuing culture in Indonesia? I've been waiting here for a long time, I should have been called to the teller, in fact someone else who knew the insider was called first!! Everyone has something to do, not just you!! Very disappointed with BNI officers whose service is not good!!!
