★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bapak saya urus rekening atas nama kakek saya, bukannya di permudah malah dipersulit dgn diminta kakes saya yg sedang stroke datang ke bank, haduhh di tlp juga susah, tolong di perbaiki pelayanannya
