★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan igd kurang baik, tengah mlm bapak saya kambuh dbawa ke igd tidak mendapat penanganan apa apa. Bahkan petugasnya ada yg tidak terbangun dari tidurnya. Katanya tidak berani bertindak apa apa suruh bawa ke rs mijahan atau cawas. Payah cek tekanan darah pun tidak, tidak ada pertolongan pertama sama sekali.
Igd service is not good, in the middle of mlm my father has relapsed and was brought to igd, he did not receive any treatment. Even some of the officers did not wake up from their sleep. He said that he did not dare to act, tell him to take it to the mijahan or cawas hospital. It's too bad to check blood pressure, no first aid at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakes yang melayani pendaftaran tidak ramah! Ibu saya minta surat rujukan ke RS Cawas malah dibentak-bentak dengan argumen yang tidak valid! Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya!
The nurse who serves the registration is not friendly! My mother asked for a referral letter to Cawas Hospital, but she was shouted at with invalid arguments! Please improve the service again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa. Bawa anak ke ugd karena panas tinggi disuruh pulang dengan alasan sudah periksa dna hanya disuruh lanjut obatnya. Anak udah gemeter katanya wajar. Suruh kompres pakai pakaian tipis. Itu semua sudah saya lakukan. Kalau tidak darurat buat apa saya ke ugd. Padahal saya kesitu berharap dapat pelayanan yang tepat karena anak saya demam tinggi meski sudah minum paracetamol 4 jam sekali. Disuruh balik sabtu jika masih demam, saya masih ikuti saran berharap dapat arahan. Dicek suhu saat antri kebetulan suhu sedang turun karena dari rumah sudah tak kasih paracetamol. Saat bertemu dokter tidak dicek ulang tidak diperiksa. Hanya ditanya batuk tidak. Saya sudah bilang sebelumnya batuk 5 hari, batuknya sembuh malah panas, tidak ditanya demamnya bagaimana malah cuma dikasih obat bapil. Sampai rumah anak demam tinggi lagi 39+. Akhirnya saya bwa periksa ke tempat lain untuk cek lab, ternyata anak saya setelah cek lab kena tipes dan trombosit turun. Di puskesmas padahal bisa cek darah, kenapa demam tinggi sudah lebih dari 3 hari nggak diarahkan suruh cek lab. Kurang teliti dan nampak menyepelakan.

Even though I was there hoping to get the right service because my child had a high fever even though he had taken paracetamol every 4 hours. I was told to come back Saturday if you still have a fever, I still follow the advice hoping to get directions. Checked the temperature when queuing happened the temperature was dropping because I didn't give paracetamol from home. When you see a doctor, you don't get checked again, you don't get checked. Only asked to cough no. I told you before that I coughed for 5 days, the cough got better, it was hot, I wasn't asked how the fever was, I was only given bapil medicine. By the time the child came home, the child had a high fever again, 39+. Finally, I took it to another place for a lab check, it turned out that my child after the lab check had typhus and the platelets dropped. At the puskesmas, even though they can check blood, why has a high fever been more than 3 days, not directed to ask for a lab check. Less thorough and seems to ignore.
