TELLER SANGAT TIDAK PUNYA SOPAN SANTUN. MAU TUKAR UANG MALAH DIKIRA PEGAWAI SPBU, DENGAN PEDENYA MLENGOS GA KASIH RESPECT ATAU APAPUN TERHADAP CUSTOMER. PARAH.
SELAMA BLM TAU BERHADAPAN DENGAN SIAPA, LEBIH BAIK AT LEAST BEKERJA DENGAN BAIK JADI PELAYAN YANG BAIK. DARIPADA SALAH ORANG, HATI2 ??????

TELLER IS VERY IMPOSSIBLE. WANT TO EXCHANGE MONEY IS EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT A SPBU STAFF, WITH PEDEHE MLENGOS DOES NOT GIVE RESPECT OR ANYTHING TO CUSTOMERS. CRITICAL.
AS long as you know who you are dealing with, it's better at least to work well to be a good servant. THAN ONE PERSON, BE CAREFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon jika ada kerjasama dengan umkm, alangkah lebih baiknya jika pelayan lain seperti bikin m banking dll agar CS ditambah personil agar tidak menunggu terlalu lama sampai hampir 3 jam.
kasihan yang membutuhkan pelayanan selain kerjasama umkm ini.
seperti contohnya saya tadi antre hampir 3 jam, setelah dilayani sistem error, jadi sia sia udah nunggu lama tapi gak bisa.
harus kembali kesana di senin.
memakan waktu yang banyak bolak balik.
