★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gampang dicari, pelayanan ramah, mungkin karena terbiasa melayani kakek2/nenek2 pensiunan. Tempatnya bersih, ada ATM juga di bagian depan. Saya baru tahu kalau ada parkiran di bagian belakang bangunan. Satpam cukup ramah dan helpful.
Easy to find, friendly service, maybe because they are used to serving retired grandparents. The place is clean, there is an ATM also in the front. I just found out that there is a parking lot at the back of the building. Security guards are quite friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're thinking about getting your Jenius Account activated, then you can directly come to Sinaya division which is situated on the right building of BTPN's office. Despite of having only one customer service working, the service was fast and nice during my visit to activate my Jenius account. Tips: if you haven't got a NPWP yet (maybe you're a student/housewife), you can bring a copy your father's/husband's plus their national ID card to activate your account. #jenius #btpnsinaya
