Kantor BPJS Wonosobo Mari kita gotong untuk membantu sesama, niat'kan dalam hati untuk bersedekah.amin. Bukan mengharapkan untuk sakit, akan tetapi berniat untuk membantu kepada mereka yang membutuhkan. Pelayanan yang ramah dan ruang gedung yang nyaman sungguh paket komplit ???

Di masa pandemi urusan di urus didepan sama satpam dan pegawai. Gaboleh masuk kantor. Aga gimana ya bun kalo bisa sih lebih ramah dan lebih INFORMATIF biar ga bolak balik cape ben ??? saran saya sih google dulu aja apa aja yg butuh dibawa biar lebih cepet dan ga antre didepan pintu dan biar ga berkerumun. Kalo mau bikin bpjs baru nunggu sekitar 14 hari gabisa langsunh jadi.

My advice is to google what needs to be taken so that it is faster and doesn't stand in line at the door and so there are no crowds. If you want to make a BPJS, just wait for about 14 days, it can't be done immediately.

Yg penting pelayanan nya..yg sy alami bagus dan memuaskan,cuman petugas di front harap di tambah klo pas lgi antri bnyk.but offaroll is best

yg melayani didepan malah anak anak magang sma,.. pegawainya pada ngumpet didalam...

Itu ibu2 yg ditugaskan didepan sangat tidak ramah dan tidak komunikatif. Judes sekali cuma ditanya pembayaran lewat virtual account aja judes minta ampun, masih mending petugas parkir depan bri. Malahyang melayani anak2 pkl ibunya cuma judesin orang aja

Antrinya di depan semua gaboleh masuk ke dalam kantor. Dan informasi dari BPJS Pusat (aku telfon lewat call center) dan disini beda jadinya bingung mau ngurus ngikut instruksi yang mana.

Tolong ya jaman udah modern , ngapain masih pelayanan serba fotokopi, buang2 waktu+uang yg ujungnya kertasnya dikembalikan & ga kepakai (saya sudah mencoba lewat pelayanan WA tapi lama responnya) Sebagai konsumen saya merasa pelayanan di bpjs wonosobo sangat bertele-tele, karena saya harus menunggu lama dan bolak balik, karena masalah fotokopi & petugas yg tidak paham Saya sudah menjelaskan bahwa saya membawa dokumen softcopy nya, tapi tetap harus pakai dokumen fotokopi dan kenapa pelayanan tidak seperti tempat lain yg diarahkan ke CS nya, malah harus menunggu di luar panas-panasan. Satu lagi, kalo anak-anak PKL/magang tolong diberi ilmu yg matang jgn dibiarkan begitu saja, cuma ngeriwehi pelayanan aja.
Please, the era is modern, why is it still a photocopying service, a waste of time + money which ends up being returned and not used (I've tried via WA service but the response took a long time) As a consumer, I feel that the service at bpjs wonosobo is very long-winded, because I have to wait a long time and go back and forth, because of photocopying problems and officers who don't understand I've explained that I brought the softcopy documents, but still have to use photocopies and why the service is not like other places that are directed to the CS, instead they have to wait outside in the heat. One more thing, if the children are street vendors/apprentices, please give them mature knowledge, don't leave them alone, just worry about the service.
