★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No telp yang dipasang untuk konsumen percumah dari jumat sampe minggu ini telp tiap jam tiap menit tidak pernah diangkat.. Padahal masuk nada dering. Jika libur bilang2 dong susah sini listrik mati sudah dua hari. Jika no telponnya g ada yang jaga g usah cantumin nyusahin konsumen saja..
 Phone numbers that are installed for home consumers from Friday to this week, telephone every hour and every minute is never answered .. Even though it is a ring tone. If the holiday says it's hard here the electricity has gone out for two days. If there is no telephone number there is no need to only bother consumers ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm ditelpon tidak diangkat, eh tautaunya emg udah gabisa kata mas satpamnya, harus pake aplikasi PLN Mobile yg di playstore atau nelpon 123. Lnagsung deh pake PLN Mobile, ditangani deh. ntab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orang mau mengadukan perihal kelistrikan tapi di telfon tidak diangkat terus apa gunanya cantumin nomor? Listrik di tempat saya sering sekali terjadi pemadaman, wajar ngga sih dalam 2 minggu padam listrik bisa sampe 5x? Bukan 1/2 bulan, saya perhatikan lebih dri 4 bulan listrik sering sekali padam. Tepatnya di Ds.Rejosari, kec.Kalikajar, kab.Wonosobo bukan 1/2 rumah tapi 1 desa padam semua.
People want to complain about electricity but they don't answer the phone on the phone. What is the use of a number? The electricity in my place often goes out, is it normal that in 2 weeks the electricity goes out up to 5 times? Not 1/2 month, I have noticed that more than 4 months the electricity goes out frequently. Precisely in Ds.Rejosari, Kalikajar sub-district, Wonosobo district, not half of the houses but 1 village were all blackened out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLN Wonosobo lokasinya berada di dekat Polres Wonosobo, dan PLN Wonosobo ini unik karena ada pelayanan pembayaran listrik oleh sekitar dua mobil di bagian depan luar kantor PLN, mungkin ini semacam pelayanan drive thru pembayaran listrik.
PLN Wonosobo is located near Wonosobo Regional Police Station, and PLN Wonosobo is unique because there is an electricity payment service by around two cars in the front outside the PLN office, maybe this is a kind of drive thru electricity payment service.

Aslmkum,,, I want to ask the pln officer in Wonosobo to fix the transformer in our village because at 3 pm the electricity went out,, I have called the PLN number in the Wonosobo area 10 times more but it is not picked up so if I can hurry up
