★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terima kasih bpjs.. saran saja ya udah 3 kali datang ke bpjs sini pelayanan securitynya ngga ramah... Saya paham jika harus tegas. Tapi ini bukan tegas lagi tapi jatuhnya galak. Ngga ramah sama sekali.. tolonglah beri layanan yg lebih baik lagi. Tapi dibalik itu saya mengucapkan terima kasih ya untuk pelayanannya
 Thank you, bro ... just give me a suggestion, I have come to BPP 3 times, here the security service is not friendly ... I understand if I have to be firm. But this is not firm anymore but the fierce fall. Not friendly at all .. please provide better service. But behind that I say thank you for the service

Good service..fast and responsive. Not until 30 minutes ... because it's Friday and afternoon ?. It has now moved offices in front of PT Damatek to the south

The service is outside even though PPKM is level 2 but it's still hot outside & too long because the one who serves 1 person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 tahun lalu antri nya panjang banget,sekarang pelayananya cepat,satpamnya ramah dan komunikatif. makin maju lah pokoknya.
2 years ago the queue was really long, now the service is fast, the security guard is friendly and communicative. it's getting more advanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kantor masih tetap melatani untuk masuk ruangan kantor harus cuci tangan terlebih dahulu kemudian cek suhu, satpam lebih banyak memberikan penjelasan terhadap pengunjung yang akan mengurus BPJS
