★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk cs no 1 pada hari ini tg 03 januari 2022 ,,, datang ke kantor cabang dg sopan mau cari solusi pengkinian data .. CS tidak punya etika,,, tidak ada solusi malah sewot dengan nada tinggi ... Tolong managemen atau kepala cabangya duevaluasi kinerjanya CS tersebut ..
Bad service from cs number 1 today, 03 January 2022,,, came to the branch office politely looking for a solution for updating data.. CS has no ethics,,, there is no solution, instead is angry with a high tone ... Please management or head the branch is evaluating the performance of the CS..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk playanan cs harus di evaluasi lagi (cs yg nyuruh saya hubungin pabrik lama biar dapet no BPJS ) pngalaman saya bolak balik kantor bpjs cuma pngen tnya no BPJS sndiri.. padhal satu kantor tpi beda orang beda omongan.?
Akhirnya dapet no BPJS sndiri di kntor BPJS ini juga cuma beda cs ( trimakasih bwat mbaknya yg mempermudah mencari informasi no BPJS kami sndiri ).?
For cs play, it must be evaluated again (cs who told me to contact the old factory so I can get the BPJS number) My experience going back and forth to the bpjs office only wants the BPJS number itself... even though it's in the same office, but different people say different things.?
Finally got my own BPJS number at the BPJS office, it's also just different cs (thank you madam for making it easier to find our own BPJS number information).?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pd hari senin, tgl 24 jan 2022, saya mengurus jaminan pensiun pd jam 10.00.....berkas lengkap, kmdn saya suruh menunggu 3 hari, berarti hari kamis, tetapi sampai hari jymat pukul 18.30...saldo saya cek msh kosong.....gmn ni jamsostek, saya ngambil uang saya sendiri lho, bkn mau ngutang...mksh
On Monday, January 24, 2022, I take care of the pension insurance at 10.00 ..... complete file, then I was told to wait 3 days, meaning Thursday, but until Friday at 18.30 ... my balance check is still empty. ....how about Jamsostek, I took my own money, you know, I don't want to go into debt... thanks
