★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klu mau ke ATM. Harus byr orang parkiran. Ini bank ada security nya. Bukan ngga mau ngasih.kadang kita parkir mtr ngga ada yg jaga. Pas kita kluar dr bank atau ATM baru nyamperin cuma bantu dorong doang. Sekuriti jaga 24jam.kadang mau cek saldo jadi males atau mau ngambil uang ke ATM. Harus siapin recehan 2ribuan.klu bank ada security nya musti nya kita tenang mau ke bank atau ATM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duh kalo bisa jangan di cabang sini ya. Sistem nomer antrian nya kurang bagus, tempat tunggu nasabah pun terbatas, bangku tunggu didalam cuma dikit, alhasil harus nunggu diluar panas-panasan berdiri.
Customer service juga cuma dua orang, sedangkan nasabah ada puluhan. Dua orang itu juga sering istirahat, terkadang hanya satu yang standby.
Padahal bank BUMN tapi seperti ini pelayanan nya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas pandemi antrian dibatasi yang masuk, buka jam 9 dateng kesini pas tanggal 9 agustus 2021 jam set 9, udah booking nomor untuk ke CS, dapet nomor 14 nuggu di parkiran mana panas, gada tempat duduk, baru disuruh masuk jam 11-an duh gosong gak tuh dijemur diluar... CS cuma 2 orang... kurang efektif banget...

Knp salah sedikit menyebutkan nama orangtua harus diminta kartu keluarga asli,via HP tdk bisa. Pdhal jaman sdh canggih , tolong pemerintah pusat khususnya BUMN dalam hal ini diperhatikan supaya praktis dan cepat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah takut aja karna liat komen² sebelumnya, tapi hari ini datang, disambut ramah sekali sama mas² satpamnya. Bagian teller juga ramah. Ga ngantri sama sekali. Datang di jam setengah 10. Recommend.
