 The cs are slow, not recommend for those who have business in this branch. LG is busy with only 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad. Antri dari jam 8.30 cuma biat ambil antrian. Dari jam 9 sampai jam 10 yg dipanggil ke meja CS baru 2 orang. CS sangat lambat melayani.
So bad. Queuing from 8.30 just to take the queue. From 9 to 10, only 2 people were called to the CS desk. CS is very slow to serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gajelas , udha ke cs pagi , disuruh nunggu maks 2 jam , suruh tunggu telepon ga ditelepon , malah tutup bank nya , udah tau lagi minta tolong dipercepat malah diperlambat kebutuhan orang beda beda , malah diperlambat !!!!
It's not clear, I went to cs in the morning, told to wait a maximum of 2 hours, told to wait for the phone to not be called, instead closed the bank, already knew I was asking for help speeding up instead of slowing down the needs of different people, even slowing down !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lelet no antrian 32, pas dtg baru berlangsung 22.. 10 orang aja lama banget dateng jam set 10 jam 12 belum juga dipanggil hahahaha kebanyakan nanya cs nya 1 sama lain kurang profesional karyawannya kebanyakan nelpon juga, mohon ditingkatkan dan diberikan edukasi atas pekerjaannya krn kalian di sektor pelayanan.
Slow service queue number 32, when it arrived it only lasted 22... 10 people took too long to arrive at set 10 hours 12 and still haven't been called hahahaha most of them ask cs 1 each other is less professional, most of the employees call too, please improve and be educated on their work because you are in the service sector.
