Cuma,
Ada cuma nya nih..
Cuma bagian cs (customer service) satu orang.
Yang nganti puluhan orang. Bikin kesel nungguinnya lamaa.
Satu orang aja di cs bisa sampe 1,5 jam.
Giliran teller lebih dari satu orang. Orang Yang masuk bagian teller jarang.
Saran yaaaa..
Di tambah bagian cs (customer service).
Minimal 3 orang cs !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaget sekali... saya datang jam 8:06 minta nomor antri CS ke Satpam langsung bilang sdh habis dan tidak terima nasabah ke CS lagi hanya sampai 20 antrian saja dan bilang tutup jam 14:00 saya lihat tidak banyak yg antri... baik di dalam atau diluar..? Pelayanan yang TOP sekali ini...dapat ⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sengaja datang jam 7buat buka rekening,tapi jam 10lewat blum d panggil juga,coba itu padahal untuk buka reking cuman ada 2 oranng.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah asli ngeselin banget ini BRI yg dsini security nya kya tai bukan kurang lagi tapi amat sangat tdk ramah. Saya sengaja datang pagi cuma mau ambil ATM doang ke CS dibilangnya penuh orgnya. Pdhl diluar cm ada 20an org. Tolong dong usut nih BRI yg dsni perbaiki pelayanan nya kya anjing
