★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama ke sini buat nebus obat bpjs. Hari pertama ga jadi ambil obat karena antri sekali & saya balik lagi keesokan harinya. Lalu ditanya kartu kendalinya mana? Ya saya ga bawa. Coba kemarin ngasih info yg jelas, saya kemarin nanya-nanya juga dibilang kartu bpjs aja yg dibawa. Dikira rumah saya deket dari sini? Saya belain sampai hujan-hujanan karena stok obat saya mau habis. Tolong tingkatkan pelayanannya!!! Gerammmn!!!
This is my first time here to redeem bpjs medicine. The first day I didn't take medicine because there was a long queue & I came back the next day. Then asked where is the control card? Yes, I didn't take it. Yesterday, I tried to give clear information, yesterday I asked about it and it was said that the BPJS card was brought. Do you think my house is near from here? I defended it until it rained because my medicine stock was about to run out. Please improve the service!!! Gerammmn!!!
