★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk. Udah ngantri dari pagi tapi yang dateng duluan yang dapat nomor antrian saya kasih saran agar pak satpam perhatikan yang datang duluan siapa dan di dahulukan masuk!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk!!!! Udah ngantri lamaaa malah diserobot sama orang yang baru dateng tapi ngga ngantri! Jadi apa gunanya nomor antrian tolong diperbaiki! Satpam juga harus perhatikan mana yg datang duluan mengecewakan!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong antrian di teller pke sistem antrian nomer aja trs kasih tempat duduk, kasian kalau lansia ikut antri, biar gak rebut2an teller juga. Udah antri lama2 diserobot sama yg samping. Kan kesel.
Please, queue at the teller using the queue number system, and give me a seat, it's a shame if the elderly join the queue, so they don't fight over the teller too. Been in line for a long time and was grabbed by the side. I'm upset.

Parkir motor ada sebelah timur bank, parkir yang diatas hanya untuk mobil, untuk costumer servis ada di lantai 1, dan untuk teller ada di lantai duaa

Datang jam 10:30 tgl 14 kamis ,april 2022 security menanyakan semuanya dengan detail ktp.suhu. isi manual buk berisikan data ktp maksudnya apa ini,hanya di cabang tegal wangi ini yang dimintakan isi manual book data ktp, hai bung savty boleh tapi harus dengan melayani,qta bukan penjahat/orang mau ngutang ke bang qta ini nasabah yang mempercayai uangnya untuk disimpan di mandiri, malah dengan nada simis bilang cari cabang lain saja haduuuh ,kasian kepala cabang tegal wangi memelihara pekerja yang sinis,harusnya di tempatkan di kolektor !!!
Untuk csnya tolong pelayanan jangan pilihkasih masa yang nukar uang baru di dahulukan, pelayanan macam apa ini, saya ingin menarik bukan uang baru,melainkan uang saya jadi kalo dikasi kepercayaan jangan disiasikan !!!

Came at 10:30 on Thursday 14th, April 2022 security asked everything in detail ktp.temperature. fill in the manual book containing ID card data, what does this mean, only at this Tegal Wangi branch are requested to fill in the ID card data manual, hi mate savty, you can but you have to serve, qta is not a criminal/people want to owe this to bang qta, this is a customer who trusts their money to be saved in independent, even with a cynical tone saying just look for another branch, woah, the head of the Tegal Wangi branch maintains cynical workers, they should be placed in the collector!!!
For the cs, please don't be picky when it comes to exchanging new money first, what kind of service is this, I want to withdraw not new money, but my money, so if you are given trust, don't waste it!!!
