★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kabarnya bulan ini, November 2021, semua tempat layanan bank BNI itu penuh, karena ada pengalihan ATM lama, ke ATM baru yang memiliki CHIP, dan ketentuannya soal pemblokiran ATM lama, apa itu benar, apa harus demikian sistem nya..kenapa enggak secara suggest saja langsung diurus di teller khusus, dan terlebih bisa door to door, sampe kekurangan teller dan antrian penuh. I don't meant to hate, cuma saran biar lebih baik kedepan, aplikasi di ponsel juga error, kualitas server harus ditingkatkan, jumlah teller dn CS diperbanyak
Reportedly this month, November 2021, all BNI bank service places are full, because there is a transfer of old ATMs, to new ATMs that have CHIP, and the provisions regarding blocking old ATMs, is that true, should the system be like that... why not suggest it's just taken care of at a special teller, and moreover it can be door to door, until there is a shortage of tellers and the queue is full. I don't meant to hate, just a suggestion to make it better in the future, the application on the cellphone also has errors, the quality of the server must be improved, the number of tellers and CS is increased

Mohon ditingkatkan pelayanannya
Is there no internal supervisor, how come at 1:45 pm the officer (security guard) receiving the document is not at the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu kantor BNI di kota Semarang, mesti ramai sekali tiap saya berkunjung. Hanya bisa dikunjungi saat jam kerja, jadi saya harus cuti atau libur sekedar untuk bertemu dengan teller atau customer service. Sudah menjadi pengguna BNI sejak 10 tahunan yg lalu dan cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan
Pelayanan bisa dikatakan baik, teller nya ramah, dan satpam di depan cukup menolong ketika akan memasuki pintu masuk
Suasana bersih walaupun cukup ramai, tersedia juga kamar mandi, namun saya kurang tau letak persisnya ada di sebelah mana

The atmosphere is clean even though it's quite crowded, there is also a bathroom, but I don't know exactly where it is
