 Never fast service. Even though I know the CS queue is busy, the staff is just busy on their own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat buruk sekali, mohon untuk koreksi ke depan untuk BNI lebih baik lagi.Satpamnya kurang ramah, tellernya juga pada jutek.
Cuman mau tarik tunai aja, harus benerin ATM dulu.Padahal atmnya indent.
Dan perlu waktu 1 shift untuk tarik tunai.
Untuk antriannya kalo menurut saya kurang pas, kenapa harus datang subuh-subuh?
Apalagi kalo subuh sepi bisa rawan kejahatan, apalagi untuk kaum wanita.
Semoga kedepan BNI lebih baik, jangan seperti ini lagi.

In my opinion, the queue is not quite right, why do you have to come at dawn?
Moreover, if it is quiet at dawn, it can be prone to crime, especially for women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gua bikin tabungan anak dari bulan oktober 2021 sampe bulan maret 2022 cardnya belom jadi juga padahal kalo indent biasanya paling lama cuma sebulan, bisa sih ambil tunai ke bank (yakali kalo urgent kudu ke bank aja, kan operasional bank gak 24 jam), BNI pelayanannya mengecewakan
