M banking saya tidak bisa dibuka, setelah sy telp call center katanya karna saya ganti hp maka harus di reset data kita, dan itu semua dilakukan di CS cabang. Oke kita ke Cabang Ciganjur.
1. Saat datang saya antrian ke 9, saat itu baru sampai antrian 3.
2. Ternyata 6 antrian pun saya harus menunggu hampir 2 jam.
3. CS ada 2, 1 ditutup padahal ada orangnya, 1 lagi kerjanya lama.
4. Setelah waktunya saya, tidak bisa dilayani CS. Alasannya karna tidak ada buku rekening.
5. Satpam tidak helpfull dan tidak tahu tentang transaksi. Biasanya di cabang lain satpamnya membantu dan paham dengan segala transaksi di bank. Seharusnya satpam dari awal bilang dan mengingatkan apakah buku atm dan ktp sudah disiapkan.
6. Saya sudah bilang, saat buka rekening memang tidak ada buku karna saya buka melalui mesin. Tetapi cs kekeuh tidak bisa.
Jadi dari 2 jam menunggu hasilnya nihil.
Lalu saya ke BNI cabang Melawai. Tidak sampai 30 menit selesai. Ada solusi, bukunya dicetakkan terlebih dahulu lalu me-reset data mbanking.
Ternyata ada solusi! Memang CS di ciganjur saja berarti yang tidak becus dan tidak benar dalam bekerja.
BNI MOHON DIPERHATIKAN!! BANK NEGARA SUDAH SEHARUSNYA PELAYANAN BAGUS! JANGAN SAMPAI KARNA KARYAWAN YANG TIDAK BENAR DALAM BEKERJA MERUSAK CITRA BANK SECARA KESELURUHAN!!
The worst branch!!
My M banking couldn't be opened, after I called the call center they said because I changed my cellphone, we had to reset our data, and that was all done at the CS branch. Okay, let's go to the Ciganjur Branch.
1. When I arrived, I was in queue 9, at that time I had just arrived at queue 3.
2. It turned out that even 6 queues I had to wait for almost 2 hours.
3. There are 2 CS, 1 is closed even though there are people, 1 is working for a long time.
4. After my time, can't be served by CS. The reason is because there is no account book.
5. Security guards are not helpful and don't know about transactions. Usually at other branches the security guard helps and understands all transactions at the bank. The security guard should have said from the beginning and reminded whether the ATM and ID cards had been prepared.
6. I told you, when I opened an account, there was no book because I opened it through a machine. But cs insists it can't.
So from 2 hours waiting for the results to nothing.
Then I went to the BNI Melawai branch. It didn't take 30 minutes to finish. There is a solution, the book is printed first and then resets the banking data.
It turns out there is a solution! Indeed, CS in Ciganjur alone means that they are incompetent and incorrect in their work.
BNI PLEASE WATCH!! THE STATE BANK SHOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD SERVICE! DON'T GET THAT EMPLOYEES WRONG IN WORK DAMAGE THE ENTIRE IMAGE OF THE BANK!!
