Teller jam sibuk cuma 1, cs nya kurang responsif, mau ngeprint buku tabungan saja di tunda melayani yg lain, seharusnya mana yg dulu, di dahulukan, terkesan pegawainya malas-malasan, kurang profesional.
Only 1 rush hour teller, the cs are less responsive, just want to print a passbook to postpone serving others, which should have been, first, giving the impression that the employees are lazy, less professional.

Klo sy baru pertama kali kesini ketemu sama mba Dewi. P layanan ya baik sekali.. Gak di bikin ribet. Jd sy gak kaku. Sangat nyaman

Pelayanan sangat lama, hampir 4 jam hanya untuk transfer, sudah mengantri 3 jam di teler krena mau transfer atm blom jadi suruh ambil no. Antrian lagi di costumer servis,, di CS 1 jam untuk 1 orang tidak efisien sekali. 1 nasabah 1 jam lebih, kasian yg bawa anak, dan ada perlu lain. Seharisnya lebih cepat dalam melayani, bisa 1 kali transaksi 2 orang. Saya pun bekerja dibagian pelayanan masyarakat,jadi sya mengerti harus bgaimana. Hanya masukan saja.

Biasanya klo disini ok2 aja. Tp kali ini ga sportif, kenapa ga semua customer pake nomer antrian untuk ke cs? Saya udah nunggu lama, dan ada 2 org ga pake anteri langsung ke cs. Kecewa sih..

Kurang memuaskan... Terlalu dibikin susah..pdhal sy sdh lapor ke taspen.Dr Taspen nya ja bilang... Tinggal nunjukin surat kematian ja sama bukti sdh menyerahkan berkas ke taspen.. Ini kok customer service bank bri ny ngasi persyaratan lg... Suruh buat ahli waris... Srt kuasa Dan sebagai ny.. Ribet bgt
Not satisfactory ... Too difficult to make ... even though I have already reported it to taspen. Dr Taspen said ... Just show me the death certificate and the proof that I have submitted the file to taspen ... How come the bank's customer service provides you with other requirements. .. BAD pelayanan SCURITY nya, mau ambil KIP kalo di sini gak bisa atau di utamakan domisili sini sarankan untuk di Bank BRI tersekat lain nya, jagan pake ngmg kalo mau tgl sini klo gak mau Yaudah..!! Untung di saranin sama tukang parkir bank BRI yng terdekat, Buat security yang bertugas di situ perbaiki etitud nya, BAD buat anda Belajar bersikap ama tukang parkir..
BAD SCURITY service, want to take KIP if you can't do it here or domicile is prioritized here, I suggest going to another isolated BRI Bank, don't use NGMG if you want to come here if you don't want it..!! *Teller kurang ramah, Cemberut saja... *Satpam nya Ngaca mulu(berasa paling ganteng banget gitu) sampai lupa bukain pintu dan tidak mengucap salam *CS muka pusing bgt(mundar-mandir depan nasabah, gak ada kata permisi) *Teller yang dibuka satu doang... Antrian banyak... Selebihnya teller nya gatau kemana.. #Note Kalau kerja yang ikhlas...terapkan 5S(salam,senyum,sapa,santun,senyum)
* The teller is not friendly, just frowns... * The security guard looked so handsome (I felt so handsome) until he forgot to open the door and didn't say hello * CS has a very dizzy face (back and forth in front of customers, no excuses) * Only one teller is open... There are many queues... The rest of the tellers don't know where.. #Note If you work sincerely... apply 5S (greetings, smiles, greetings, politeness, smiles)
