Alhamdulillah cepat dan lancar .
I migrated from BNI Syariah to BSI dicinere, using no queues with a strict process.
Thank God it's fast and smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di google keterangannya Sabtu Minggu buka. Hari sabtu saya kesini, eh bank nya tutup. Saya tanya ke satpam, katanya bank ini hanya buka Senin - Jumat.. Lalu kenapa disini keterangannya buka juga Sabtu Minggu? -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kesini sekitar jam 8.30 saat buka, mau ganti atm karena migrasi. Untuk pelayanan satpam cukup baik, semua dokumen saya bawa dan dibantu fotocopy, isi nomor antrian di kertas ternyata dapat nomor 5 dan semua nasabah disuruh duduk di luar gedung.
Saya gak liat jam yang jelas udah lewat melebihi jam buka tapi belum ada satupun orang yang dipersilakan masuk.
Sekitar 5 menit barulah kami dipersilakan masuk, kirain langsung dipanggil antrian nomor 1 ternyata tidak.
Mungkin sekitar 10 menit barulah dipanggil antrian nomor 1, terus berikutnya sampai nomor 3 dengan rata rata pelayanan 5 - 10 menit.
setelah itu inilah yang bikin saya kecewa, petugas CS pria naik ke lantai 2 dan cukup lama (mungkin sekitar 10 menit), lalu turun tapi bukannya memanggil antrian nomor 4 malah seperti ngurus apa di mejanya.
Setelah itu datang petugas wanita pakai batik (belakangan saya pikir sepertinya petugas CS yang baru memulai kerja) duduk berdua lama banget mungkin ada sekitar 20 menit baru manggil antrian nomor 4.
Sekitar 5 menit selesai saya udah siap maju ternyata 2 petugas lanjut diskusi masalah kerjaan (sepertinya petugas pria lagi ngajarin yang wanita), nunggu lagi sekitar 10 menit baru deh saya dipanggil.
Saran saya untuk BSI untuk petugas CS ya, jika dugaan saya ini benar (bahwa petugas pria lagi ngajarin petugas wanita) maka sebaiknya jangan dilakukan saat jam pelayanan.
Alternatif lain adalah petugas wanita tetap melayani sambil didampingi petugas pria, jadi bukannya diskusi dan membiarkan nasabah menunggu lama..
Untuk aspek lain seperti kenyamanan gedung, kebersihan dll sudah ok.
Semoga bisa diperbaiki pelayanannya
Came here around 8.30 when it opened, wanted to change atm due to migration. For the security service, it was quite good, I brought all the documents and assisted with photocopies, the queue number on the paper turned out to be number 5 and all customers were told to sit outside the building.
I didn't see the hours which were clearly past the opening hours but no one had been invited in yet.
About 5 minutes later we were invited in, thought we were immediately called queue number 1, apparently not.
Maybe about 10 minutes, then queue number 1 is called, then next until number 3 with an average service of 5-10 minutes.
after that, this is what disappointed me, the male CS officer went up to the 2nd floor and took a long time (maybe about 10 minutes), then went down but instead of calling queue number 4 it was like taking care of what at his desk.
After that came a female officer wearing batik (later I thought it looked like a CS officer who had just started work) sat together for a very long time maybe there were about 20 minutes before calling queue number 4.
After about 5 minutes, I was ready to go, it turned out that 2 officers continued to discuss work problems (it seemed that the male officers were teaching the female ones), waited for about 10 more minutes before I was called.
My suggestion for BSI for CS officers is, if my assumption is true (that male officers are teaching female officers) then it should not be done during service hours.
Another alternative is for female officers to continue serving while accompanied by male officers, so instead of discussing and letting customers wait a long time..
For other aspects such as building comfort, cleanliness, etc., it is ok.
Hopefully the service can be improved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah skrg sudah nyaman, Karena bukan lagi Masa awal merger... Pelayanan cepat, setelah dzhur hr senin mulai sedikit yg datang jd lebih cepat.. Tutup jam 3 sore..
Thank God it's comfortable now, because it's no longer the initial period of the merger... Fast service, after dzhur on Monday, a few people started arriving faster.. Closed at 3 pm..
