★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mbaknya ramah, proses ganti kartu yg ilang ga sampe 10menit. Tadi cuma bawa fotocopy KTP sma isi data aja.. mantap.
Ma'am is friendly, the process of changing cards is not up to 10 minutes. Earlier, I only took a copy of the ID card, just fill in the data ... steady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurusin no. Hp gak bs isi ulang krn memang lupa masa tenggang. Lalu isi data diatas materai 10k dan siapin fc KTP+KK+bawa no.kartunya. Lalu CS bilang tunggu 2-3 hari. Setelah hari ke 4 blm aktif juga no.hpku lalu sy WA ke CS(kebetulan sy punya WA CS wkt kirim KK). Setelah saya WA, besoknya barulah ada respon bahwa kartu sdh aktif. Kerja CS kacau,masa kudu di WA baru dikerjakan.

datang sekitar jam 9 hanya ada 1 cs sedang melayani dan tidak ada fo di depan. fo baru ada setelah sekitar setengah jam datang
jika datang di hari sabtu dan antrian sudah cukup panjang dan tidak mendesak lebih baik g usah ikutan antri. td diatas jam 10 beberapa yg datang lgsg di arahkan ke gerai cinere
