★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blok M 21 is a film theatre that is once considered as the main feature or attraction inside Blok M Plaza at Jalan Panglima Polim and Jalan Mahakam South Jakarta. The theatre is pretty much as old as the building itself. It's a film theatre from a franchise XXI group, which plays hollywood, Indonesian or Asian films that is scheduled to play in Indonesia.
The theatre itself is considered to be the same with other type of XXI theatre. It's on top of the plaza at 6th floor. You'll have ticket booth that sells you online tickets or offline (where you'll have to stand in line). Food and beverages corner which sell you snacks and drinks for your film watching compliments. And there's a dedicated lift just for it from the parking lot.
One thing that is good about this place that it sells you the same ticket with less price compared to other XXI theatre. Are they sacrificing services? No. The services such as nice seating, toilets and waiting area is pretty much there. You'll have restaurants that serves food as you wait for the film of your choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to watch Avengers Endgame. Thanks to the overcrowding, the air conditioner at the lobby can't seem to accommodate. It is a bit hot and humid here. The studio is good, the sound systems are decent and the snack lines are very long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ finally at (28-12-21) watched at XXI after a long time the Kopit Tsunami hit, Watched Spiderman "No Way Home" is really fun for entertainment on the sidelines of a work holiday. The minus thing here is that the security officer on guard at the entrance checks body temperature. Very fierce, disrespectful and has no ethics. Makes me unmood, bad attitude from a security, when I enter the mall the security is usually not fierce like this. Really Horrible Moment at the entrance to XXI Blok M plaza. Please just review it in Security XXI so that it will be more advanced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cinema is getting better after big move of renovation, love it !
But, hopefully the management will put their eyes more to the restroom. Often messy in there... seems some visitors need guidence sticker how to use toilet properly, especially the closet, make it BOLD.
And also more inspection freguently from the restroom crew... Thank you ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find this XXI on the 6th floor of the Blok M Plaza, what i really like about the mall is that it is connected with the Blok M BCA MRT Station, so it is super convenient to get to this place.
+ The theater (on the gate 3) is quite huge inside.
+ Clean toilet as usual.
- The cafe however, only served salt pop corn with a bottle of a mineral water. Well maybe because of the pandemic and still not so many staff are working yet.
Hope things getting better with covid soon.
