Pick ur level wisely otherwise u will spend the rest of ur lunch hour drinking pink lava hoping that the spicy feeling on ur tongue will disappear, which is not going to happen so soon if u pick level 5. Sometimes it so crowded to the point of having to make it takeaway when u really need to settle there for ur lunch time. But nonetheless i like firechicken. Cheese is just like 'hold on a minute' to the spiciness of firechicken. Still a nice icon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take risk to get 3-5 levels if you couldn't bare at spicy foods. I like pink lava but it's not enough for eating spicy chicken, buy more drink if you don't want your tongue burnt

You can only drink pink lava to ease your tongue, which is not really effective

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like spice food, you should try this menu at Richeese Factory.. The function of cheese is to cover the spice .. And you should order the breverages to cover the spice menu.. Overall, I like recheese chicken from spice level 5..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment is not clean. I don't know if it is self-service or there supposed to be someone to clean it up. If it is self-service restaurant, then I think there should be a sign.
I personally at the end clean-up someone's mess (and of course, mine as well) before I can eat peacefully.
