★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya payah, saya nunggu di bawah gatau nya suruh ke atas pas saya sampe atas eh tutup, saya mau stor tunai, nomer antrian b106, coba kalo saya ga nanya mungkin sampe pagi kali saya nunggu, petugas scurity nya ga ngasih info, dan petugas kebersihan nya juga ga ada info ?????????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lagi antri mau tarik tunai di arahin sama petugas disitu disuruh ke mesin atm yang deket dia terus di samping mesin atm ada satpam saya tanya mesin yang itu bisa atau engga karna di info nya untuk tarik tunai sudah tanda kuning yang artinya dikit lagi habis, kata satpam nya bisa yaudah saya lanjut transaksi berkali-kali tetep gagal padahal saya sudah klik tarik tunai tapi uang ga keluar kata satpam nya yaudah yang di sebelah sana aja bu (balik ke tempat awal saya antri).
While waiting in line to withdraw cash, the officer there was directed to an atm machine near him, next to the atm machine there was a security guard, I asked which machine could or not, because the info for cash withdrawals had a yellow sign, which means it's a bit more out, said the security guard it can be okay, I continue the transaction many times, it still fails even though I have clicked cash withdrawal but the money doesn't come out, the security guard says okay, just over there, ma'am (back to where I started queuing).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ males bgtt gilaa, kesini pas weekday jam 10 pagi teller cuma ada 2 padahal pelayanan teller seharusnya ada 5, sisanya pada kemana semua tuh? mana yg 1 nya jam 11 kurang udah istirahat, gamasuk akal bgtt, antrian ampe penuh, org ampe berdecak semua, aih kacauu parah pelayanan bca johar baruu terkhusus bagian teller
I'm so lazy, come here on a weekday at 10 am there are only 2 tellers even though there should be 5 teller services, where are the rest of them? which one is at 11, it's not enough to have a break, it doesn't make much sense, the queue is full, people are all chuckling, oh, it's a mess, the BCA Johar Baru service, especially the teller section
