★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dua kali datang ke sini selalu dapat pelayanan yang buruk, Costumer Servicenya tidak ada ramah2nya sekali malah bikin emosi. Saya sebagai pemegang saham (walaupun cuma 15 lot) bener2 kecewa sama pelayanan CSnya
Two times I came here I always got bad service, the Customer Service was not friendly at all, it even made me emotional. As a shareholder (although only 15 lots) I was really disappointed with the CS service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat sangat sangat buruk sekali apalagi pelayanannya sangat lambat pada hari Senin tgl 14 sy mengurus proses bi checking sy yang masih terdata disana padahal saya sudah tidak punya tunggakan atau angsuran apa2 lagi dsna dari THN 2014 ini mempersulit saya utk pengajuan KPR sudah menunggu hampir 3 jam pelayanannya tapi tidak ada solusi dan sangat tidak kompeten atas nama Fauzi malah disuruh kembali lagi hari berikutnya dan saya disuruh membayar denda bunga yg tertulis,sy tidak mau ni kesalahan pihak bank krna jaminan saya sudah dikembalika dari tahun 2014 tp bunga masih berjalan tolong pihak bank jangan mempersulit dan tlong cantumkan no tlpn yang bisa dihubungi
Very very very bad especially the service is very slow on Monday the 14th I took care of my bi checking process which was still registered there even though I had no arrears or any other installments, so from 2014 it made it difficult for me to apply for a mortgage I had been waiting for almost 3 hours of service but there is no solution and very incompetent on behalf of Fauzi instead was told to come back the next day and I was told to pay a written interest penalty, I don't want this to be the bank's fault because my guarantee has been returned from 2014 but the interest is still running please the bank don't make it difficult and please include a phone number where you can be contacted
