★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sampah cs mempersulit pertama dateng suruh balik bawa fotokopi trus yg kedua dateng suruh bawa yg asli pelayanannya lambat pula parah klo bisa minus bintang gue kasih minus bintang lima parah klo buat rek baru ga rec nih tempat
CS waste services make it difficult for the first time to send back a photocopy of the second one and then tell the original one that the service is slow too bad if it can be a star I give a minus five severe stars if the new account is not available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cs amat sangat mempersulit. Saya haya ingin membukan tabunganku tetapi iaa mempersulit dengan kebutuhan dokumen seperti NPWP, kartu keluarga harus yg asli sedangkan saya pelajar. Di cabang lain hanya dengan ktp elektronik sudah bisa.
Pelayanan cs wanita yg kurang sopan, ramah, amat sangat kurang membantu. Cs ber cirikan chinese, berkulit putih, berbadan kurus. Tidak ada senyum sama sekali.
Tapi saya akui untuk satpam amat sangat ramah.
Cs is very, very difficult. I just want to open my savings account but it makes it difficult for me to need documents such as NPWP, family cards must be original while I am a student. In other branches, you can only use an electronic ID card.
Service cs women who are not polite, friendly, very, very unhelpful. Cs is characterized by Chinese, white skin, thin body. No smile at all.
But I admit that the security guard is very, very friendly.

Sudah menunggu lama untuk CS, ternyata harus ke Teller. Pihak bank tidak mau disalahkan karna ini.
Dengan Hati yg kesal karna sudah menunggu lama... Harus mengantri dan nunggu lama lagi di bagian Teller !!
The security guard is not competent with the goals and objectives of the customers.
Been waiting a long time for CS, it turned out to have to go to the teller. The bank doesn't want to be blamed for this.
With a heart that is annoyed because you have waited a long time ... Have to queue and wait a long time at the Teller !!
