Suruh antri di parkiran pula, berkerumun bnyak org, bnyk yg di pulangin lg karna waktunya gacukup
Pokonya gamau2 lg uras urus kesini, mending yg bic skalian biarpun sdikit jauh tp gpp lebih bagus lah pelayanannya

Ordered to queue in the parking lot too, there were a lot of people crowding, many were sent home again because there wasn't enough time
The point is that I don't want to take care of it here, it's better if you talk a bit, even if it's a little far away, but it's not okay, the service is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi ceritanya saya mau ngambil uang di atm, tapi terjadi masalah pada kartu ATM saya di monitor ATM di suruh ganti PIN, nah saya pergi ke kantor BCA nanyain permasalahan nya apa, dan saya nanya ke scurity, kata si scurity :"ini udah 3x nyoba?, Saya jawab :"Iyaa, si scurity bilang, :"yaa ini mah udah ke blokir kartunya, pas di cek di BCA mobile ternyata saldonya masih ada, dan kartu ATM nya ga ke blokir sama sekali, Pelayanan buruk, harusnya kalo ada yg butuh bantuan di jelaskan permasalahannya sampai tuntas, jangan asal jawab kartu saya ke blokir!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amat kecewa nasabah suruh pada nunggu di parkiran udah gk ada tempat duduk, antri dari jam 9 udah jam 12 masih belum di panggil, supah payah banget, coba di tambah lagi cs, dan telernya biar cepat gk berkerumun kaya gini, di parkiran lagi udah kaya embe.. katanya bank terbesar se asia tenggara ?
