★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngntri dri jm 6 dpt no 28 di pnggil nya jam 2 lewatan payah CS nya lama kerja nya kasian yg kerja nya di luar kota wktu kan cuma 1 hari doank buat urus tolong diperbaiki lg CS nya klo prlu diperbanyak & dipercepat kinerja nya trims yahh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya membayar tagihan di BNI ini sangat padat sekali, terutama waktu PPKM dibatasi begitu ketat, dan nomor antrian dibagikan beberapa jam sebelum kita melakukan transaksi di teller, atau layanan di Costumer Service.
My experience is paying bills at BNI is very tight, especially when PPKM is so tightly limited, and queue numbers are distributed a few hours before we make transactions at the teller, or service at the Customer Service.
