★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari satpam nya aja udah payah, tidak dibudayakan antri, ga usah ada no antrian klo mau ngeduluin org lain, ga berguna ada no antrian..
Just from the security guard it was lousy, there was no queuing in civilization, there was no need to queue number if you wanted to talk about other people, there was no use for no queue ..

BSM sekarang manjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia.
Para pegawai melayani dengan baik & profesional namun dengan formasi 1 teller & 1 Customer Service pelayanan dan waktu tunggu antri memang sangat lama.
Good and professional service. The teller is very communicative and helpful.
Update March 2022:
BSM is now an Indonesian Islamic Bank.
The employees serve well & professionally, but with the formation of 1 teller & 1 Customer Service, the service and waiting time in line are very long.
