Untuk pelayanan KUR mohon maaf kurang baget.
Katanya nanti di hubungi sma pihak KUR tapi gk di hubungi sma sekali. Harus sya sendiri yg menghubungi.. Di WA gk di blas.. Trus datang ke kantor BSI lagi.. Tapi gk di temuin katanya sibuk.. Sebegitunya susah nya.. (Untuk kantor2 cabang yg lain belum tau kyk gtu atau gk nya)

CS service is friendly and clear.
For KUR service, I'm sorry it's not very good.
He said that he would be contacted by the KUR party later, but he was not contacted at all. I had to call myself.. WA didn't reply.. Then I came to the BSI office again.. But I couldn't find it, he said it was busy.. That's how hard it is.. (For other branch offices, I don't know yet or not)
