Salah satu menu sehat ya menu ikan....nich ada gule kepala ikan dahlan dijamin endesss dan enak. Ada macam2 menu olahan ikan tawar. Selain itu juga ada menu ayam dan seafood. Tempatnya bersih, pelayanannya cepat dan tentu saja makanan nya enak. Paling sukak dengan nila bakarnya. Selain itu parkir motor tertata rapi jd enak dilihat tempat cuci tangan juga bersih.

Nama restonya gule kepala ikan,pas kesana baru buka jam 12 siang tp menu utamanya si kepala ikan malah kosong. Sedikit mengecewakan tp untungnya msh ada menu yg lain.
The name of the restaurant is Gule Fish Head, when I got there it only opened at 12 noon but the main menu, the fish head, was empty. A little disappointing but luckily there are other menus.

Seperti dugaan saya, meski namanya gule kepala ikan namun sebenarnya yang disajikan utuh satu ikan namun tanpa daging yang banyak. Menu ini konon memang diperuntukkan orang-orang yang sukan nitili daging-daging yang terselip diantara duri-duri ikan. Kebetulan saya jenis orang yang menyukai hal tersebut, jadi tidak masalah untuk saya sedikit repot demi mendapatkan daging-daging yang tersisa. Untuk bagian kepalanya, dagingnya terbilang masih utuh, banyak, dan lembut sekali. Disantap bersama kuahnya yang gurih, segar, dan wangi aroma kemangi, daging-daging lembut tersebut terasa sangat pas di lidah. Untuk saya, racikan Tomyamnya wajib untuk dicoba dan boleh dibilang berani lah jika akan dibandingkan dengan penyaji menu serupa. Selepas menikmati menu gule kepala ikannya, saya beralih ke ikan mas bakarnya. Secara rasa, ikan mas bakar ini menghadirkan cita rasa yang manis, gurih, dan sedikit menggigit. Tepat seperti rasa yang saya inginkan. Memang, ikan mas terkenal banyak durinya namun demi kelezatan yang didapatkan, saya rela sedikit repot.

For me, the Tomyam concoction is a must to try and it can be said to be brave when compared to a similar menu presenter. After enjoying the fish head gule menu, I switched to the grilled goldfish. In taste, this grilled goldfish presents a sweet, savory, and slightly biting taste. Exactly the taste I wanted. Indeed, goldfish are known for their many thorns, but for the sake of delicacy, I am willing to bother a little.
