★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SARAN AJA JANGAN KESINI Disini sumpah ribet bangt CSnya padahal cmn mau buka rekening tabungan udh gitu orangnya nyolot lagi , harus bawa inilah itulah pokonya jangan datang deh nyesel, jadi sya pergi ke BRI bantu dn malah cept dilayani malah udh gitu ramah dn langsung jadi..
ADVICE ONLY DON'T COME HERE I swear the CS is really complicated, even though when I want to open a savings account, people are stuck again, you have to bring this, that's the point, don't come, I'm sorry, so I went to BRI to help and was quickly served, even though it was so friendly and straight away..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jum'at 21 Januari 2021. kedua kalinya saya kesini dan dilayani sama mba mba CS yang sama, ngga ada ramah ramahnya sama sekali. penjelasan cuma sepatah dua patah kata, saya belum selesai menjelaskan pun sudah dipotong dengan nada yang ngga ramah. saran buat CS nya biar belajar lagi SOP dan etika melayani customer lagi. :(
Friday, January 21, 2021. The second time I came here and was served by the same Ms. CS, there was no friendly hospitality at all. the explanation was only a few words or two, I hadn't finished explaining and it was cut in an unfriendly tone. Suggestions for the CS to learn more about SOPs and etiquette to serve customers again. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya orang apa bukan ya? Ga tau sopan santun malah nyolot, muka judes. Hari ini 10 Jan 2022 saya mendapat pelayanan CS yg tidak memuaskan, tolong smua CS diajarin lgi cara ngomong, attitude ke nasabah yg bener. Buat BRI, mau sampai kapan kaya gini?, banyak2 belajar lagi sama BCA.
What kind of person is the CS, isn't it? I don't know how to be polite, but I have a bitchy face. Today 10 Jan 2022 I received unsatisfactory CS service, please teach all CS how to speak, the right attitude to customers. For BRI, how long do you want to be like this? You will learn a lot from BCA.
