Satpam juga jutek.

β β β β β Antri sudah dari jam 6 pagi, lalu saat dipanggil, ternyata layanan tidak ada, harus ke pusat. Lalu tau gitu kenapa gak ditolak saja dari jam 6 pagi? Jadi 2x kerja dong saya?
The queue has been since 6 am, then when called, it turns out that there is no service, you have to go to the center. Then you know why don't you just reject it from 6 in the morning? So do I work twice?

β β β β β Pelayanannya jelek apalagi satpamnya jutek banget bikin kesel, kalau ngasih tau ya ngasih tau aja ga usah pake nada marah marah sampe kedengeran satu ruangan ??
The service is bad, moreover the security guard is really rude, it makes you angry, if you tell me, just let me know, you don't have to use an angry tone until you can hear one room

β β β β β Lihat ratingnya Bank Pemerintah ini saja hanya 2.9. Kelihatannya ya manajemen tdk pernah lihat koment kustomer, apalagi memberi respon. Kami punya pengalaman di Minggu kedua Des'21 ngurus rekening anak. Ngantri sampai nomor 18, ada dua kunter CS dan pelayanan kaya di rumahsakit, dokter saja klo meriksa cepet, ini bisa 30 menit lebih/org lama banget. CS Layani pelanggan, blm beres sudah berdiri, pergi ke ruang sebelah, ato pinjaman alat dg sebelahnya. CS kurang gerecep. Ah pokoknya bete dg layanannya dan tempatnya juga nggak nyaman banget. Kukut saja nggak usah buka kas pembantu di ust. Tdk Recomended banget., tdk seperti bank pada umunya.
Look at the rating for this State Bank, it's only 2.9. It seems that management has never seen customer comments, let alone responded. We have experience in the second week of Dec'21 taking care of children's accounts. Queuing up to number 18, there are two CS counters and services are rich in hospitals, only doctors if they check quickly, this can take more than 30 minutes / person, it's too long. CS Serve customers, it's not right already standing, going to the next room, or borrowing equipment from the other side. CS is not fast enough. Ah, the point is that I'm tired of the service and the place is also not very comfortable. Kukut just don't have to open the assistant's cash at ust. Not really recommended., not like banks in general.

β β β β β Sampai bank jam 07.30,ambil antrian CS, mau ganti kartu yg berChip,dapet antrian nomer CS B.001,,di panggil pertama jam 08.00,,selesai jam 08.30,,,satpam ada 2,yg di luar ramah, yg di dlm jutek bgt,nada bicaranya kasar, kalau mau ke CS mending mruput pagi2.
Arrived at the bank at 07.30, took the CS queue, wanted to change a card with a chip, got a queue of CS number B.001, first called at 08.00, finished at 08.30,,, there are 2 security guards, who are outside friendly, those inside are jutek really, the tone is rough, if you want to go to CS, it's better to drink early in the morning.

β β β β β Antri ke CS nya lamaaaaaaa dari jam 11.30 di panggil nya jam 2.30. Kasian ibu2 yg membawa anak. Sampai anak nya main air cuci tangan di depan pintu. Sungguh Miris...
The queue for CS is long, from 11.30, the call is at 2.30. Pity mothers who bring children. Until the child plays in the water, wash their hands in front of the door. Really Sad...

β β β β β I have been here for many times coz I am the loyal costumers of BNI. The last time I visit it (Thursday/3rd of January), the queue quite many. I got no. 9 & have to wait for my turn around 3 hours coz the costumers service just 1 person. She is Agustine (I forgot her full name). I registered myself for mobile phone banking. She helped me a lot with my business & patiently wait for me to finish the my things (which should be done). At the last I asked her can I change my debit card from Gold to silver & she replied "yes".
Actually it is quite shocking for me coz when I lost my silver debit card last year (I came to BNI SARJANA WIYATA for asking new debit card), the costumers service (at that time) told me that I should change my SILVER debit card to GOLD debit card. I asked her why & she replied coz BNI didn't produce the SILVER DEBIT CARD anymore. In fact, mbak Agustine still provided me the SILVER debit card. But the one who informed me is not mbak Agustine. She was not wearing hijab but I forgot her name.
BNI, please educate your staff to provide us (as your loyal costumers) the right information.
