★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat burukkkkk saya datang jam 12.50, posisi yg nunggu utk ke cs hanya 2 orang saja sampe jan 14.00 blm ada cs. Tolong tingkatkan pelayanannya dan kinerja nya. Jam istirahat ya istirahat kerja ya kerja, masa 3 meja cs kosonggggggg hadehhhh
Very bad service, my friends arrived at 12.50, the position waiting to go to CS was only 2 people until 14.00 there were no cs. Please improve the service and performance. Break hours yes work breaks, work, period 3 cs desks are empty hadehhhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya drever grab bike.. saya Datang jam 10.10 wib... Dapat sambutan satpam mengatakan antriannya sudah penuh... Padahal di dalam dan di luar kantor tdk ada orang antri... Sebenarnya mau nglayani customer dari drever grab apa hanya umum aja ya?
Mohon di jelaskan dari pihak terkait,agar drever grab/ojek online tdk ke kantor CIMB cisalak (Depok)
Karna kami drever ojek online pun menggunakan jasa bank CIMB walaupun uang kami tidak pernah banyak seperti customer umum lainnya...

I'm a grab bike driver.. I came at 10.10 wib... Got a response from the security guard saying the queue was full... Even though inside and outside the office there were no people queuing... Actually, I want to serve customers from Drever Grab, is it just general, right? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ?
Please explain from related parties, so that online grab/ojek drivers don't go to the Cisalak CIMB office (Depok)
Because we online motorcycle taxi drivers also use CIMB bank services even though our money is never as much as other general customers...
