★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infonya minggu buka 9am-2pm. Skrg jam 10.53am masih tutup, lampu masih gelap. Payah!!!.
The info is Sunday open 9am-2pm. Now at 10.53am it's still closed, the lights are still dark. Poor!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya datang untuk antar ibu saya yang lansia dengan ada 2 antrian CS didepan saya butuh waktu lebih dari 45 menit dengan kondisi tidak ramai...... untuk keperluan ganti kartu atm ke kartu chip..... yang sangat sangat merepotkan nasabah harus buang2 waktu untuk datang dan hal yang seharusnya ada servis yang mempermudah dari bank mandiri ke nasabahnya dengan kondisi pandemi..... ga heran ketinggalan terus dengan bank sebelah
I came to take my elderly mother with 2 CS queues in front of me it took more than 45 minutes with not crowded conditions...... for the purposes of changing the ATM card to a chip card..... which is very very inconvenient for customers to have it's a waste of time to come and what should have been a service that made it easier from independent banks to their customers with pandemic conditions..... no wonder you keep falling behind with the bank next door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service not so friendly, first i asked about how much credit loan do i have to pay, and the old lady offered me to top up my loan but i didn't want to, then her face changed grim, we communicate without maintaining eye contact, as she continue typing and just looking into the monitor and her cellphone. Yeah i know its past lunch time, me and my wife also haven't had lunch too. But for God sake people can't you be more nice??
