★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran saja jika antrian sudah lewat lebih baik mengambil nomor antrian lagi. kasihan yg sudah menunggu lama ditempat, dan diserobot ujug* datang dan langsung dilayani setelah ambil nomor antrian lalu jalan* dan balik lagi
Suggestion is that if the queue has passed it is better to take the queue number again. sorry for waiting a long time at the place, and being grabbed by the test * come and immediately served after taking the queue number then walking * and back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dah tahu saya nemenin ibu saya yg sudah tua utk buka rekening taspen, tp dibiarin 10 menit lebih berdiri di depan meja CS nya. Baru lebih dr 10 menit ada inisiatif ditawarin kursi. Emang lg sial kali hari itu, dpt CS yg kerjanya nanya mulu ke sampingnya. Jadi ga yakin ama inputnya, jangan2 salah rekening. Bis itu denger ada nasabah marah2 di teler, gara2 nyariin cabang bni lain yg buka tutup seenak ketek aja, dgn alasan pandemi. Klo aja orang Taspen ga ngotot nyuruh pk bank plat merah, ga bakal ada lagi deh urusan ama BNI.
You already know that I accompanied my old mother to open a taspen account, but she was left standing in front of the CS desk for more than 10 minutes. Just more than 10 minutes there was an initiative to be offered a seat. It's really bad luck that day, I got a CS who always asked her side. So I'm not sure about the input, don't make the wrong account. The bus heard that there were angry customers who were drunk, because they were looking for other BNI branches that opened and closed at will, citing a pandemic. If the Taspen people didn't insist on telling the red plate bank, there wouldn't be any more business with BNI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya Ramah, dan pelayanan memuaskan, saya dibantu Update NIK yang terdaftar direkening BNI saya berhasil dibantu dengan CS 1 yang Cowok, ketika saya update di BNI Cabang terdekat malah gak bisa karena alasannya punya dua CIF, tapi di BNI PIM 1 ini berhasil, dan dilayani dengan baik serta dikasih arahan cara untuk menggabungkan CIF di Cabang Pembuka nanti, gak nyesel jauh2 kesini.

The CS is friendly, and the service is satisfying, I was helped by updating the NIK registered in my BNI account, I was successfully assisted with the male CS 1, when I updated at the nearest BNI branch, I couldn't because I had two CIFs, but in BNI PIM 1 it worked, and served well and given instructions on how to combine CIF in the Opening Branch later, don't regret it here.
