★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiap kali kesini antrian CS nya lamaaaa banget. Pas weekend dari 2 counter hanya 1 yg beroperasi. Saat weekday jam 13-15 juga hanya 1 yg melayani nasabah. Kalau mau cabang yg petugasnya lebih banyak lebih baik ke BNI PIM 1.
Every time the CS queue is here for a long time. On weekends from 2 counters only 1 operates. During weekday at 13-15, only 1 person serves customers. If you want a branch with more staff, it is better to go to BNI PIM 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya buka rekening lewat BNI Sonic, sangat cepat. Cuman pas mau cetak buku tabungannya cukup lama. Mohon ditambah tellernya agar pelayanan lebih cepat. Security dan teller cukup ramah. Terima kasih.
I opened an account through BNI Sonic, very fast. Just when I want to print the passbook it's long enough. Please add the teller so that service is faster. Security and tellers are friendly enough. thanks.

They even did not know there is not KITAS anymore and it has been years that it changed to ITAS( electronic version not physical card). Service was slow and was not helpful and informative.
