Pemakaian fraud di kartukredit saya tidak kunjung selesai diurus oleh pihak investigasi hsbc. Dari sejak juni 2021. Call centre susah dihubungi. Pelayanan staff call centre tidak memuaskan dan terkesan bodoh. Dengan baik hati hsbc mengirimkan kartu supplement 3 buah (likit gabungan dgn kartu utama) dan setahun kmdn kartu itu ditagih iuran 500rb/kartu, dan kartu utama 1jt sementara kartu itu tidak pernah diaktifkan. Jadi saya harus membayar 1.5 juta utk kartu yg tidak pernah diaktifkan. Utk masalah fraud tiap bulan saya diharuskan membayar minimum utk pemakaian yg tidak saya lakukan. Kemana ini harus di push, kita disuruh menunggu tidak ada kepastian!!

The service of the call center staff is unsatisfactory and seems stupid. Hsbc kindly sent 3 supplement cards (little combined with the main card) and a year ago, the card was billed for 500 thousand per card, and the main card was 1 million while the card was never activated. So I had to pay 1.5 million for a card that was never activated. For the problem of fraud every month I am required to pay a minimum for usage that I do not do. Where should this be pushed, we are told to wait, there is no certainty!!
