★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempat kesasar padahal lokasinya aja yang sama. Tempatnya ada di lantai 2 tapi masuknya tetap lewat lobby BNI biasa
 Got lost when the location is the same. The place is on the 2nd floor but the entry is still through the usual BNI lobby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI Layanan nya PHP, setor tunai di mesin ATM Suka ga Masuk, proses 2 minggu Hari kerja, ternyata lebih Dr itu, tdk seperti yg mereka janjikan. Bolak balik ke Kantor BNI sudah 4 x & telp ke CS sudah 5 x tidak di gubris jg sama mereka, padahal rekening Saya di BNI SYARIAH, apa ga mikir kalian judul nya SYARIAH tp membuat orang/customer sulit, uang customer di tunda2. Uang sendiri ADALAH hak, kewajiban anda melayani dgn jujur.

BNI's PHP service, cash deposit at an ATM machine Like it Not Entered, 2 weeks process working days, apparently more than that, not as they promised. Go back and forth to the BNI Office 4 times & tel to CS 5 times and they don't pay attention to them, even though my account is at SYARIAH BNI, don't you guys think that your SYARIAH title is making people / customers difficult, customer money is delayed. Own money IS rights, your obligation to serve honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabang bank BNI Syariah di wisma BNI 46 yang gedungnya sangat ikonik menjadi bagian dari cityscape ibukota tercinta ini dan paling banyak menjadi sasaran para fotografer. Bank ini adalah BUMN yang cukup tua dan lebih maju dari BRI yang spesialis berada di pedesaan. Pelayanannya baik dan ramah. Untuk imbal hasil masih lebih rendah dari SBI yang notabene lebih aman... So wierd ?
BNI Syariah bank branch in the guesthouse BNI 46, whose building is very iconic, is part of the cityscape of this beloved capital and is the target of most photographers. This bank is a state-owned company that is quite old and is more advanced than BRI, which specializes in rural areas. The service is good and friendly. The yield is still lower than the SBI which is actually safer ... So wierd ?

Agree with Ibu Windy Senja. This is the worst service that I ever got from the bank. The BNI Syariah services in Jl. Kartini Gresik is worst than another BNI Syariah at anorher province and district. It is maybe the worst than all the banks in all locations.
On 09 November 2020, I came to this bank around 11:20 minute. Security of the bank told me that CS was on brake at that time. So I went back home and planned to come again next.
On 11 November 2020 around 13:30. Again I came to this bank. But I was surprised since the security asked me to come later because CS was on brake at that time and dont know what time they started to work again.
I thought, it is impossible to deal with the bank with the bad performance of the staff like this. So I complained and asked to another bank staff to transfer my money in BNI Prioritas to another bank.
Something that need costomer knows, can CS take a brake anytime they want?
As I know in another bank (and even in most company) , CS works at 07:00 - 12:00 and start to work again at 13:00 - 15:00
