By order weekend dim sum buffet is wonderful value. Peking Duck and pork belly a la carte dishes also great.
Service was rather hectic during weekend but we were still looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i’ve been coming here quite a few times and they consistently provide amazing quality of service, food might be slow but they are not fast food anyways, buffet despite it’s “dim sum buffet” actually has selections of main courses as well. Upscale and expensive but worth the price... and they have one of the best peking duck i’ve tried in Jakarta so far ??

I find the jellyfish not to my usual taste but it is such a minor thing compared to the overall.. i recommended taking the buffet since it’s more economical at the end... the ala carte will gives you more flexible choice at heftier price

this time round we ordered for cny eve dinner and was told pick up time at 5.
I came at 5 and food was not ready and the staff asked me what did i order?!
Ended up waiting for another 40mins+ before I got my food! No point of preordering.
Better management needed.

My husband pre-ordered and prepaid our food 3 days in advance for pick up at 4:00pm. Reminded them multiple times and we EVEN texted pre-arrival.
The restaurant only got our food ready at 5:15pm. We waited for 75 minutes in my car outside the hotel. What is the point of asking me for pick up time upon ordering?
RIDICULOUS JIA. REUNION DINNER RUINED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time dining at Jia and it surely doesn't disappoint! Tried the ala carte menu this time (previously tried the dimsum buffet which is also highly recommended). Personal favorites include the two way duck, shrimp scallop broccoli, the 3 kinds of pork in 1 platter, and black pepper beef. Excellent service as always! Pro tip: if you are a group of 7 or 8, you can request the VIP room for free, no minimum order required. Just book ahead. Perfect for team dinners and birthday celebrations!
