★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dateng jam 13.00 di infokkan oleh pihak btn cs sedang istirahat dan disuruh kembali jam 14.00.
Setelah saya kembali jam 14.00, oleh security diinfokan cs sudah tutup dan disuruh pulang.
Sangat2 kecewa dgn pelayananya!!pdhl bank tutup jam 15.00 ! Jam 14.00 sudah tidak menerima nasabah!!!
saya datang jam 13.00 ditolak dgn alasan cs istirahat!!

I came at 13.00 and was informed by the btn cs that I was taking a break and told to come back at 14.00.
After I returned at 14.00, security was informed that cs had closed and was told to go home.
Very disappointed with the service!! even though the bank closes at 15.00! 14.00 no longer receiving customers!!!
I came at 13.00 and was rejected on the grounds that cs took a break!!
PLEASE LEVEL THE SERVICE!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam sombong dan kasar sama nasabah, btn pilih" kek soal satpam. Satpam itu orang pertama yg ditemuin nasabah. Satpam nama Carsudin Bank BTN Cabang KK Permata Tangerang mending ganti aja deh demi nama baik btn. Saya ubah nilainya kalau udah ganti satpam. Saya gak peduli mau dinilai memberi penilaian sepihak hanya karna satpam. Tp satpam ny udh keterlaluan, gak sesuai nomor panggilan, saat dicomplain malah marah blg kalau gak mau nggu ya pulang aja. Gila ya nih satpam ngurang"in nasabah btn aja, padahal niat kita buka rekening, secara gak langsung nambah provit bank loh. Mending kalau diselak 1 orang doang, ini diselak 3 orang bosss. Alasannya data dia udah lengkap, buset dah data saya jg udah lengkap.

The security guard's name is Carsudin Bank BTN Branch KK Permata Tangerang, better change it for the sake of btn's good name. I change the value if I change the security guard. I don't care if you want to be judged unilaterally just because of the security guard. But the security guard is outrageous, doesn't match the calling number, when you complain, you get angry when you don't want to be bothered, just go home. It's crazy that the security guard has reduced it to btn customers, even though our intention is to open an account , indirectly increase the bank's profit. It's better if only 1 person interrupts, this is interrupted by 3 bosses. The reason is that his data is complete, but my data is also complete.
