Tadi jam 8.30 istri saya mau ganti kartu ATM karna rusak, seketika satpam bilang Kartu habis dan dialihkan ke kcp pasar baru, ternyata disana satpam bilang no.antrian habis terpaksa balik lagi ke unit sangiang untuk langsung ambil uang ke teller. Dan terkejutnya si satpam bilang uang habis (teller tdk ada uang).
Apakah benar demikian, di jam 8.30 operasional bank baru buka teller sampai kehabisan uang? Sebegitunya kah Satpam di BRI sampai langsung menyebutkan uang habis tanpa konfirmasi ke pihak teller terlebih dahulu.
Very unsatisfactory and the service is not good. Yesterday at 8.30 my wife wanted to replace the ATM card because it was damaged, immediately the security guard said the card was out and was transferred to the new market kcp, apparently there the security guard said the queue number was finished and had to go back to the Sangiang unit to immediately take money to the teller. And to his surprise the security guard said the money ran out (the teller had no money).
Is that true, at 8.30 bank operations just open tellers until they run out of money? Is that how the security guard at BRI immediately mentions the money runs out without confirming to the teller first.
