kecewa pelayanan'a buruk,pegawai sama satpam'a jg judes ga ada ramah ramah'a,bukan'a kasih tau atau kasih pengarahan malah ngomel ngomel aja,,ga bagus lah inti'a

Parah bener sistemnya ga teratur, satpamnya cuek ga nanya ke nasabah kebutuhannya apa.. yg aktif malah nasabahnya hrs nanya ini itu, dari awal masuk antrian banyak banget. Pas masuk pantes aja cs cuma 1, pelayanananya lamaaa sekalii. Tolong dong lebih ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya

Antriannya dikasih dari satpam, gk mencet di mesin. Parkiran sempit Ambil 20jt aja harus fotocopy buku rekening dan KTP, pas fotocopy disela antrian lain. Transfer antar bank perlu 3 hari kerja Pakai ATM limitnya cuma bisa transfer antar bank 10jt

Kecewa untuk layanan bank nya .. fasilitas toilet tidak boleh digunakan oleh nasabah bank BRI... Yang sudah mengantri dari jam 9.30 sampai 11.34 .. bagaimana ada pelayanan di Bank Indonesia ..toilet hanya boleh untuk karyawan saja.. . Sedangkan nasabah memiliki tabungan dan bank dan sebagai cosumen nya seharunya ada fasilitas yang memuaskan.. toilet saja tak boleh.. sungguh miris. Layanan BRI cab kutabumi tangerang

Teller dan satpam sangat mengecewakan , untuk satpam agus Prasetyo tolong untuk di tingkatkan kualitas kerjanya karena terlalu judes dalam menanggapi nasabah , dan juga teller orang yang sudah ngantri malah mendahului orang lain yang baru dateng!!

Pelayanan nya kurang bagus . udh ngantri masih bisa di selak eh udh gitu satpamnya juga wkwk , org mah nanya karna gatau , malah di jawab ga ramah gitu namanya Agus Prasetyo. tolong satpamnya ajarin ramah , kalo judes2 kaya gitu ga kepake
