Karna 2 teller tdak cukup melayani nasabah 30 orang lebih.
Please add bank staff, or further increase the duration of service at the teller.
Because 2 tellers aren't enough to serve more than 30 customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selalu ramai, teller yg udah pengalaman malah diganti teller baru yang lambat, apalagi akhir akhir ini sering offline jadi harus nunggu lagi...
always crowded, tellers who have already experienced are replaced by new tellers who are slow, especially since lately it's often offline so we have to wait again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya merasa kecewa dengan pelayanan nya hari ini jum'at 20-8-2021..Mohon satpam BJB global kerja yang provisional,, tugas hnya bagi nomor aja gak pecus. Wajib dipecat satpam itu.
I feel disappointed with the service today, Friday 20-8-2021.. Please provide temporary work for BJB global security guards, the task is only for numbers, it's not good enough. The security guard must be fired.

Jam segini baru 2 orang yg dilayanin no 3 & no 4 padahal itu aja no 1 & no 2 gak ada alias kosong tapi masha allah bgt ini mah y ? udh gtu dari tadi diselang sama yg g ada no antrian ? plisss dong pelayanannya diperbaiki.. kl memang kekurangan orang mbok y ditambah gtu loh, teler udah sampe no antrian 18 CS masih stuck di 4 .. sampe ibu hamil aja td pulang krn lama bgt !!! ?????
The CS service is SUPER DUPER SLOW!!!
At this hour, there are only 2 people being served, number 3 & number 4 even though there are no 1 & number 2, aka empty, but Masha Allah, this is really good it's been like that since before there was no queue number pls fix the service.. If there's a shortage of people, please add that, you're too high up until queue number 18 CS is still stuck at 4... until you're pregnant, you can't go home because it's been so long!!! ️
