★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih sering mampir untuk ganti buku dll, antrian masih tetap panjang bila jatuh tempo bayar rumah di awal awal bulan, dan tempat strategis, tapi sekarang mutar'nya agak jauh,, dan terpenting, Bank BTN'nya banyak'in promosi donk untuk kami para pegawai/buruh, karena kadang promosi'nya tidak sampai ke kami alias kami tak mengerti promosi apa yg ditawarkan (hanya lembaran, banner kecil atau sedang di pajang) tanpa ada penjelasan yg lebih aktual

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa mnengenai pelayanan Bank BTN KCP cibitung, tanggal 12 april 2021 tidak bisa ada layanan dan di suruh ke cabang BTN lain, ya saya ke Bank BTN Permata Hijau saya sudah antri lama ternyata gak bisa di suruh balik ke cibitung. saya tlp 13 april 2021 saya tlp cabang ternyata masih belum bisa, saya tlp lagi 14 april 2021 (saya tlp 2x untuk memastikannya dan yang menggankat CSnya) kamis 15/04/2021 sudah bisa layanannya... pas saya ke sana tanggal 15/04/2021 LIBURRRRR (hah bank libur hari kerja)....saya pergi ke kantor pusat Cikarang juga tidak bisa..parahh
I am very disappointed with the service of Bank BTN KCP Cibitung, on April 12, 2021 there was no service and was told to another BTN branch, yes I went to Bank BTN Permata Hijau, I had been queuing for a long time, apparently I couldn't be sent back to Cibitung. I phoned April 13, 2021, I tel branch, it turned out that I still couldn't, I called again April 14, 2021 (I called twice to make sure and the CS was canceled) Thursday 15/04/2021 was able to service ... when I went there on 15/04 / 2021 HOLIDAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari Kamis tanggal 26 Agustus 2021. Saya datang ketempat ini, untuk print buku tabungan dan rubah alamat. Buku tabungan sdh penuh ttp tidak diganti dengan buku tabungan pengganti. Disarankan untuk mengurus ke kantor yang di RE martadinata Cikarang dimana saya buka tabungan awal. Jaman udah digital ttp kenapa harus seperti itu proses nya. Tidak seperti KCP yang lain. Yang bisa di bantu dibuatkan buku tabungan pengganti. Semoga KCP cibitung lebih baik lagi dalam melayani costomernya. Terimakasih
Thursday, August 26, 2021. I came to this place, to print the passbook and change the address. The passbook is full but not replaced with a replacement passbook. It was suggested to go to the office at RE martadinata Cikarang where I opened my initial savings account. The era is digital, but why does it have to be like that? Unlike other KCPs. Which can help make a replacement savings book. Hopefully KCP Cibitung will be better in serving its customers. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udh dtg jauh2 dr jakarata mau print kata security-nya orgnya sakit ga masuk dan ga ada penggantinya!! Mau..ttd kepala cabangnya ga ada di tmpt ditanya kpn baliknya jwbannya ga tau... kecewa bgt sm pelayanannya pas msk ke bank jg sepi pegawainya pd ga aada mnding tutup ajah klo mau apa2 ga bisa!!
I've come all the way from Jakarta, I want to print the security word, the person is sick, doesn't come in and there's no replacement!! I want it.. the head of the branch isn't there when asked when he's coming back. The answer is I don't know... I'm very disappointed with the service, when I go to the bank, the staff isn't there either, it's better to close it if you want anything you can't do!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini saya buat ATM tdk bisa beda domisili wilayah padahal masih Bekasi juga tinggal nya, KTP harus fotokopi sendiri, Npwp juga, sudah waktunya buka tapi blm siap berkerja dan tdk ada informasi dari awal juga membuat harus sesuai domisili wilayah membuat waktu saja, sungguh kurang baik pelayananmu 08.45 10 Maret 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan parah ,securitynya cuek dan gak ramah banget kondisi bawa bayi tapi gak boleh masuk karena istirahat padahal cuma minta nunggu di dalem aja ,kalo gak karena akad gak akan kesini dan terpaksa bawa bayi.
The service is bad, the security is indifferent and not very friendly with the condition of bringing a baby but you can't go in because you are resting even though you just ask to wait in the palace, if not because of the contract you won't be here and have to bring the baby.
