★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus, satpamnya ramah, CSnya juga. Sayangnya tukang parkirnya tidak begitu ramah. Dikasih uang, malah dibilang kurang dan uangnya dilempar ke tempat koin yang ada di motor saya. Meskipun saya tahu tukang parkirnya bukan dari pihak BSI syariah tapi hanya parkir liar saja yang ada di pekarangan halaman banknya.
The service is good, the security guard is friendly, the CS too. Unfortunately the parking attendants are not very friendly. I was given money, instead it was said to be lacking and the money was thrown into the coin holder on my motorbike. Even though I know the parking attendant is not from the BSI sharia but only illegal parking in the yard of the bank.

Infonya buka pelayanan di hari Sabtu dari 08.30 - 14.00, tp saya datang jam 13.15 tidak dilayani, bicaranya sudah tutup.
Korupsi waktu karyawannya.

Atm is only at KCP, and even then it's broken. Lost ma Muamalat cash withdrawal from another atm won't be charged.. it sucks

Old service, what do you know ... not very professional ... then want anything complicated for the branch .... until the branch quickly queued up for a long time ...

Lokasi strategis sekali, dekat dengan pusat perkotaan. Lokasinya nyaman, bersih pisaaaan?. Ruang obrolan bagi yang mau mengajukan KUR dan pinjaman juga yang lainnya di ruangan khususs. Petugas CS selain dari pada Canik juga lembut dari ucapan dan seterusnya. sariat islam benar-benar dpakai disini. banya program dan penawaran menarik di sini. ATM juga tersedia dilokasi yang sama, bsa diliat tampilan layar ATM na di foto yang saya kirim. lebih mudah dan nyaman dlam bertransaksina. saya yakin, pindah ke BSI dri bank konvensional adalah pilihan terbaik, alhamduillah. Ahh pokonya sukses slalu buat Bank Syariah Indonesia. Smoga hadirnya kalian jadi jawaban atas masalah dan keluhan kami, Umat Muslim.
Masha Allah... the service is amazing. In a friendly manner with greetings at the beginning and at the end of the conversation. Thank you for the hospitality. Very strategic location, close to the city center. The location is convenient, it's clean. A chat room for those who want to apply for KUR and loans as well as others in a special room. The CS officer apart from Canik is also gentle from speech and beyond. Islamic sharia is really used here. many interesting programs and offers here. ATM is also available at the same location, you can see the ATM screen in the photo I sent. easier and more convenient in transacting. I am sure, moving to BSI from a conventional bank is the best choice, thank God. Ahh, the main thing is success for Bank Syariah Indonesia. May your presence be the answer to our problems and complaints, Muslims.
