Opened a bank, finally came back to the bank at 2.15 am told to go home, people who were queuing only 2 people closed at 3, Security is not clear.. better use BC*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security tidak ramah, CS tidak tahu jelas produk yang dijual, sudah datang 30 menit sebelum tutup, hanya tinggal cetak kartu harus balik besok lagi, "udah ibu fokus aja sama pembukaan livin baru komplen yang lain" amat ga ramah buat nasabah, rasanya seperti diusir, apakah pencetakan kartu debit harus selama itu dan di CS? hmmmm
Security is not friendly, CS doesn't know clearly what products are being sold, they arrived 30 minutes before closing, all they need to do is print the card and have to come back tomorrow, "I've just focused on opening a new livin with another complaint" Very unfriendly to customers, it feels like being kicked out , does debit card printing have to be that long and in CS? Hmmmm
